What does it mean if a customer has a status of “Unverified”?

Whenever a new company account is created in the platform, our Clarity Media Partners support team reviews to ensure legitimacy and approves (“verifies”) the account. If you as an Organizer have created a new customer account, most likely by placing an item on hold for a new customer, this customer’s status will show as “Unverified” until our Support Team has verified the account. No action needed on your end! Our team reviews all new accounts within 1-2 business days.
