What do “Approved Bookings” mean? How do I receive an invoice to pay for my sponsorship order?
Approved Bookings for Sponsors
Once a booking request is approved, you will see a section in your Event Bookings page called “Approved Bookings.” These represent the opportunity items contained in your sponsorship order. Starting late July 2025, we will be rolling out an enhanced Event Bookings dashboard that will allow you to see more details about your order, confirm the final order purchase, receive your invoice, and make payment directly through the system.
