Overview

Clarity Media Partners provides event organizers with comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities designed to help you monitor performance, make data-driven decisions, and maximize sponsorship revenue. Our reporting suite gives you real-time visibility into your sales pipeline, fulfillment progress, and sponsor engagement—all from a centralized dashboard.

Whether you're tracking a single event or managing a portfolio of events throughout the year, our analytics tools help you answer critical questions like:

  • How are my sales tracking against targets?

  • Which sponsorship categories are performing best?

  • How are sponsors engaging across their buying journey?

  • How is fulfillment progressing and are there any bottlenecks?

  • What trends am I seeing across events and time periods?


Three Core Analytics Views

1. Sales Dashboard

Your Sales Dashboard is your command center for monitoring revenue performance and sponsor activity across all your events.

 
 

 

Key Metrics at a Glance:

  • Booked Revenue - Revenue from confirmed purchases (i.e., Orders)

  • Planned Revenue - Your sales revenue target

  • Requested Revenue - Combined revenue of all opportunities currently requested by sponsors or already booked

  • Potential Revenue - Total revenue of opportunities showing sponsor interest—including items in carts, active requests, and booked opportunities

Visualizations Include:

  • Sales Over Time - Track booked, planned, and requested revenue trends with a multi-line chart that shows how your sales are progressing

  • Category Breakdown - See revenue distribution across sponsorship categories (Attendee Materials, Booths, Digital Media, Packages, Signs & Graphics, etc.). Filter into any category to drill down and view the subcategory breakdown, giving you deeper visibility into what's driving sales within each category

  • Payment Status - Monitor outstanding invoices, overdue payments, and average days to payment with visual breakdowns

  • Conversion Funnel - Understand sponsor behavior from landing page views through to purchase with conversion rate metrics at each stage

Filters & Controls:

  • Filter by specific events or view all events

  • Adjust date ranges to analyze specific time periods

  • All metrics update dynamically based on your selections


2. Fulfillment Dashboard

Your Fulfillment Dashboard helps you stay on top of deliverables, deadlines, and sponsor requirements to ensure smooth execution.

 

 

Key Metrics at a Glance:

  • % Completed - Overall fulfillment completion rate

  • % Completed On Time - Track on-time delivery performance

  • Total Past Submission Deadlines - Identify at-risk deliverables

Visualizations Include:

  • Delivery Timeline - Stacked area chart showing deliverable status over time (To Do, Needs Revisions, Approved) so you can monitor progress and spot bottlenecks before they become problems

  • Average Time per Status - Understand how long deliverables spend in each stage (measured in days)

  • Fulfillment Performance - View the breakdown of deliverable statuses across all your events, either by count of deliverables or by square footage (i.e., for physical graphics)

Filters & Controls:

  • Filter by specific events or view portfolio-wide

  • Adjust date ranges to focus on upcoming deadlines

  • Real-time updates as sponsors submit assets and you approve deliverables


3. Custom Report Builder (Insights Tab)

For deeper analysis and customized reporting, the Insights tab provides a flexible report builder that lets you slice and dice your data exactly how you need it.

 

 

Available Report Types:

  • Sales (Detailed Breakdown) - Granular sales analysis across the full sales pipeline

  • Sales (Order-Level) - View order-level sales data for confirmed purchases

  • Sales (Web Analytics) - Analyze sponsor engagement and conversion behavior

  • Fulfillment - Detailed fulfillment tracking and performance analysis

Visualization Settings:

  • Chart Type: Select which visualization type you’d like based between Bar Chart, Line Chart, or Pie Chart

  • X-Axis: Customize which dimensions you’d like to use as the X-Axis for your chart (e.g., week, month, customer name, etc.)

  • Y-Axis (Metrics): Customize which metrics you’d like to visualize on the chart (e.g., requested revenue, booked revenue, fulfillment deliverables, etc.)

Table Settings:

  • Group By: Controls the grouping columns in the table, which are also collapsible into accordions, to allow you to organize your data by what matters to you. Includes dozens of reporting dimensions to choose from to customize to your needs.

  • Columns: Select which calculated metrics appear in your table

  • Export: Download your custom reports for external analysis or sharing with stakeholders


Common Use Cases

Sales Performance Monitoring

Track your sales progress against targets and identify which sponsorship categories are driving the most revenue. Use the Sales Over Time chart to forecast when you'll hit revenue goals and adjust your sales strategy accordingly.

Pipeline Management

Monitor your Potential & Requested Revenue to understand what's in your pipeline. Use the conversion funnel to identify drop-off points and optimize your sales process.

Category Optimization

Analyze the Category Breakdown to see which sponsorship types are most popular. Use these insights to inform your opportunity creation for future events.

Fulfillment Bottleneck Identification

Use the Delivery Timeline and Average Time per Status to spot fulfillment delays before they impact your event. Proactively reach out to sponsors or partners when you see deliverables stuck in certain stages.

Cross-Event Comparison

Use the Insights report builder to create custom reports comparing sales or fulfillment performance across multiple events. Identify which events have the strongest sponsor engagement or fastest fulfillment cycles.

Sponsor Engagement Analysis

Use the Web Analytics report to understand how sponsors are interacting with your opportunities—from landing page views to add-to-cart actions—and optimize your opportunity presentation based on these insights.


Getting Started

All reporting is accessible via the Reporting section in your left-hand navigation:

  1. Sales Dashboard - Click the "Sales" tab for revenue and conversion metrics

  2. Fulfillment Dashboard - Click the "Fulfillment" tab for deliverable tracking

  3. Custom Reports - Click the "Insights" tab to build custom reports

Each view includes helpful tooltips (look for the ℹ️ icons) that explain what each metric measures and how it's calculated.
