How do I view and manage sponsor requests and holds?
You can view requests and holds in two locations within the Platform:

Within an Event, go to the Requests tab and/or the On Hold tab. The Requests tab will show all active requests (including booking and hold requests). The On Hold tab will show all opportunities that you have already placed on hold for a customer

Within the “Requests” section on your platform left-hand navigation, you will be able to see all requests across all active events that you are managing. This is a useful section if you’d like to see a cross-event view of all active requests and holds.
When a sponsor requests an opportunity, you will be able to review the opportunity and either approve or reject the opportunity. The outcome of an approval depends on the type of booking request:

Request to Book: Approving this request will create a new order for the customer or add to an existing order if the customer already has approved bookings. You will still be able to adjust the overall customer order before submitting it to them for final approval.

Request to Hold: Approving this request will place that opportunity on hold for the customer. You can further manage your holds within the On Hold section, where you can convert the hold to a purchase or release the customer hold.
