How do I share opportunities with sponsors?

Within your event:

  1. Go to the Opportunities section

  2. Within the quick actions menu (3-dots) on an opportunity, select “Share” (or on an Opportunity Settings page)

  3. You may select an existing customer, customer group, or new customer to share the opportunity. If new customer, enter relevant email addresses

  4. Add a custom message if desired to personalize your invitation, and share!

Your customer will receive an email notification that an opportunity has been shared with them, along with the custom message that you entered (if relevant). Once your customer logs into Clarity Media Partners, they will see the shared event on their dashboard, and the shared opportunity highlighted on the Event Landing Page.
