How do I invite a new customer to join the platform?

  1. Go to "Customers" in the left-hand navigation on the platform

  2. Click "Invite”

  3. Select an Event that you would like to invite them to browse. Make sure your event is published before sending the invitation.

  4. Enter their email

  5. Add a custom message to personalize the email invitation

Note: We require email invitations (vs. bulk uploads) to ensure sponsors have opted in to have their data (i.e., email) stored within the platform.
