2026-08-27 Release
Seamlessly turn what happened at your events into proof sponsors can see
This release brought Proof of Performance to Clarity, event-level fulfillment deliverables, and a handful of smaller improvements and bug fixes. Have a question about anything below? Reach out to support@claritymediapartners.com.
New: Proof of Performance 🏆
Sponsorship value is easy to promise and hard to prove after the fact - and not to mention, tedious to compile and deliver to sponsors. Our new Proof of Performance feature closes that gap. As your team captures photos and results, Clarity turns them into polished, personalized reports for each sponsor, so the value of their sponsorship is documented and easy to share.
Capture proof as it happens. Add photos and performance metrics to any order item, right from your phone or computer. Choose from a standard set of metrics (impressions, clicks, leads, attendance, and more) or define your own custom metrics with the format that fits.
Build the template. Set up a report template for your event, including event-level imagery, metrics, attendee data, and more. These will pre-populate on all customized reports generated for the event.
Generate & send custom reports. Create personalized reports in just a few clicks! Reports pull in the event template content and the sponsor's actual order item information into a customizable report builder for you to tailor as you see fit. Share a report by email or link, one at a time or in bulk.
Look out for the new "Performance" item in your navigation menu to check it out!
New: Event-Level Deliverables ✅
Some things you collect from every sponsor no matter what they purchase: a logo, a company description, proof of insurance. Now you can set those up once at the event level instead of attaching them to individual inventory items.
How to use it: Add an event-level fulfillment requirement from the Event Details tab, using the same setup experience you already use on the opportunity details page. Once a sponsor's first order at that event is confirmed, the deliverable is automatically created for them. Event-level deliverables show up alongside the rest of your fulfillment tracking, and you can filter by event or customer to find them.

Also in this release
- HTML file uploads: Deliverables now accept HTML files as a valid format, with the same file validation as other file types.
- Edit item descriptions in a quote: You can now edit an opportunity or request item's description right from the quote, alongside the name and fulfillment deliverables you could already edit there.
- Optimized landing page for single-event organizers: If you only have one upcoming event, your landing page now shows it side by side with your categories instead of stacked, so there's less scrolling to get to what matters.
- Updated fallback event logo: A cleaner default image now appears anywhere an event doesn't have a logo uploaded.
- Less frequent invoice reminders: Sponsor invoice payment reminders now go out weekly instead of daily.
- Add links to invoice memos: You can now add links and other text formatting in invoice memos (as part of a template or for an individual invoice).
- Delete companies: You can now delete company records in your Customer list. Note that companies with an active quote or order can't be deleted.
- Fixed an issue where a package item's Quotes tab showed empty even though the item was included in a quote, and where availability display was inconsistent for bundled package items.
