New: Booth Sales 🎉

You can now sell booth space through Clarity, not just sponsorships. Upload a floor plan image and Clarity auto-detects and numbers each booth. From there, add, delete, merge, or resize booths, filter by size, and set inventory details right on the map. Exhibitors pick a booth from the floor plan and add it to their cart, just like requesting a sponsorship, and organizers can quote one or more booths straight from the map using the same request-to-quote-to-order process already in place for sponsorships.

New: Contract Management ✍️

Upload your own contract templates directly into Clarity. We'll dynamically generate the contract for every quote, and sponsors can review and sign it right in the platform, no more chasing signatures over email.

How it works:

• Work with your Clarity support team to upload a contract template to the platform (or multiple!)
• When you generate a new quote, select the contract template you want to use
• Clarity auto-populates all relevant details into the contract - sponsor name, pricing information, opportunities, etc.
• Send the contract with your quote
• When the sponsor receives and confirms the quote, they will be able to sign directly in the platform
• Both you and the sponsor receive copies of the signed contract for download and reference

Events & Inventory

• Hide pricing per opportunity: Hide pricing on individual opportunities, not just the whole event. Go to the opportunity settings page and toggle the "Show Pricing" option next to the pricing field.

Payments & Invoicing

• Invoice templates: Save payment terms and an installment schedule as a template and reuse it on future orders. You can create and manage invoice templates within your Account under the "Billing Details" tab. Note: You must have admin or finance roles to access this.

• Configurable payment terms: Set due dates and installment schedules directly on an invoice. You can customize these per invoice when submitting the quote to the sponsor.
• Partial invoice payments: Sponsors can now pay any amount at or above what's currently due, instead of being locked into one fixed payment. They will see the option for partial payments on their payment page.
• Hide line-item pricing: Toggle whether sponsors see line-item detail or just the order total, across quotes, invoices, and proposals. You can update this setting when submitting the quote to the sponsor.

Fulfillment

• Quick asset downloads: Download assets for a deliverable right from the quick actions menu, no need to open each one individually.

• Delete deliverables: Fully delete a deliverable instead of just canceling it, so sponsors never see a confusing "canceled" item that isn't really gone. You can find the Delete button on the Deliverable Details Page.

Requests & Quotes

• Request reserved inventory: Sponsors can now request inventory that's reserved but not yet sold, so they can get in line for in-demand items.

Communications

• Smarter notifications settings: Choose to only receive notifications for companies where you're on the "Support Team," instead of every account. You can update this in your Account on the Notifications tab.

• Allow events to be edited after event has started

• Sharing a link to a public event no longer requires takes user to the login page
• Enforce Opportunity and Deliverable character restrictions in database
