I can't find my company when trying to sign up. What should I do?
If you can't find your company during signup, it means your organization hasn't been created on the platform yet, or you may not have been invited to join.
If your company is new to Clarity, you can proceed with creating a new company account through the platform.
If you believe your company should already have a Clarity account, you can:

Contact your company admin - Reach out to the admin of your company organization (if known) and ask them to send you an invitation

Ask any team member - Any existing user from your company can invite you through the Team Members section of their Account
