How do I manage my email notifications and preferences?

We're rolling out a comprehensive notification and preference center in late September 2025 that will give you:

• Granular email controls - Choose which types of emails you want to receive

• In-app notifications - Get updates directly in the platform

• Customizable preferences - Tailor notifications to your workflow

Until then: You can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, but we don't recommend this approach since our current emails are important transactional updates about your account, requests, and orders.
